Requirements & Milestones
In the initial meeting, we will obtain the requirements and other information regarding the project from you. We will also calculate the total cost to build your app after laying out the milestones.
Begin Working on the Next Milestone
After each meeting, our team will begin working on the next milestone. We will contact you to schedule another milestone meeting after we complete the current milestone. In a milestone meeting, the client will look over what our team has done so far and may ask us to adjust something or will approve & allow us to continue.
Repeat Phase 2 for Each Milestone

Create Formal UI Design
After all functionality milestones have been completed, our team will create a formal UI design for the App. It’s best doing this last because there will most likely be changes made to the App while it is being developed.
Final Adjustments & Deployment
If the client wants adjustments made, our team will perform them. If not and the App is complete, we will deploy the App.
Launch the App
Lastly, we will launch your app after all milestones have been completed and you are fully satisfied with the app.
